This piece was commissioned by the Emmett Till Legacy Foundation for the 68th Anniversary weekened to honor the life and legacy of Emmett Till. After doing further research into the life of Emmett, I wanted to create a piece that would reflect his final days flowing from morning to evening while also capturing the joy he brought to his family.
